O peixe n\u00e3o precisa ser cortado da dieta da gestante, mas ela deve levar em considera\u00e7\u00e3o algumas precau\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 muitos\u00a0nutrientes ben\u00e9ficos\u00a0nesse\u00a0alimento\u00a0que ajudam no\u00a0desenvolvimento do feto, assim elas n\u00e3o devem cort\u00e1-lo completamente de sua\u00a0dieta, a n\u00e3o ser por\u00a0recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Merc\u00fario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00a0consumo de peixe\u00a0com baixos \u00edndices de merc\u00fario n\u00e3o deve ultrapassar 340 g em uma semana. Peixes que cont\u00eam menos quantidade de merc\u00fario incluem o\u00a0caranguejo,\u00a0peixe-gato, solha, arinca, lagosta, camar\u00e3o e til\u00e1pia, entre muitos outros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqueles com maiores quantidades de\u00a0merc\u00fario\u00a0devem ser evitados por\u00a0mulheres gr\u00e1vidas\u00a0e incluem a garoupa, espadarte, malacanthidae e tubar\u00e3o. O consumo de\u00a0peixes\u00a0com n\u00edveis medianos como o linguado, atum,\u00a0robalo de \u00e1gua salgada,\u00a0corvina,\u00a0anchova\u00a0e\u00a0truta\u00a0devem ser consumidos no m\u00e1ximo 170 g por m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00a0mulheres gr\u00e1vidas\u00a0devem evitar\u00a0peixe cru\u00a0e\u00a0frutos do mar\u00a0devido a\u00a0bact\u00e9rias nocivas ou v\u00edrus.
