Incluindo legumes, carne e queijo podem atender \u00e0s suas necessidades de fibra e prote\u00edna e mant\u00ea-lo saciado por mais tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Mulheres gr\u00e1vidas precisam tomar cuidado com as saladas que escolhem para adicionar \u00e0 sua dieta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando voc\u00ea est\u00e1 gr\u00e1vida, voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 de mais ferro e<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msdmanuals.com\/pt-br\/casa\/dist%C3%BArbios-nutricionais\/vitaminas\/folato\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0folato<\/a>\u00a0em sua dieta, ent\u00e3o, em vez de optar apenas pela alface varie ao espinafre para fazer algumas saladas saud\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bpara a gravidez. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geralmente, a probabilidade de infec\u00e7\u00e3o da toxoplasmose vai aumentando com o avan\u00e7o da gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, por\u00e9m sua contamina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais perigosa no 1\u00ba trimestre de gravidez, pois pode afetar\u00a0o desenvolvimento do feto, causando aborto ou malforma\u00e7\u00f5es graves.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A infec\u00e7\u00e3o humana pelo Toxoplasma gondii \u00e9 causada por meio da ingest\u00e3o de cistos em carne crua ou mal cozida de animais infectados ou em frutas e vegetais contaminados, por ingest\u00e3o de oocistos no ambiente (solo ou fontes de \u00e1gua contaminada com fezes de gatos), por transmiss\u00e3o transplacent\u00e1ria e por transplante de \u00f3rg\u00e3os de um doador infectado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A preven\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para a preven\u00e7\u00e3o da doen\u00e7a, as gestantes devem seguir seguintes orienta\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Higienizar corretamente as m\u00e3os antes das refei\u00e7\u00f5es, ap\u00f3s manusear lixo, ap\u00f3s o contato com animais, ap\u00f3s manipular alimentos e sempre que necess\u00e1rio; ao manipular carnes cruas, procure usar luvas;<\/li><li>Evitar manusear terra ou solo e, caso necess\u00e1rio, utilizar luvas e higienizar as m\u00e3os ap\u00f3s a atividade;<\/li><li>Consumir apenas \u00e1gua filtrada ou fervida; manter os reservat\u00f3rios bem fechados;<\/li><li>Higienizar frutas, legumes e verduras em \u00e1gua corrente antes do consumo, conforme a seguir:<\/li><li>Selecionar os alimentos, retirando partes deterioradas e\/ou sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas;<\/li><li>Lavar os alimentos, um a um, em \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel corrente;<\/li><li>Desinfectar por meio da imers\u00e3o em solu\u00e7\u00e3o clorada com 200ppm de cloro, por 10 minutos, o equivalente a 1 colher de sopa de \u00e1gua sanit\u00e1ria para 1 litro de \u00e1gua;<\/li><li>Lavar os alimentos novamente, um a um, em \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel corrente;<\/li><li>Manter sob refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a hora do consumo.<\/li><li>Higienizar t\u00e1buas de corte, facas, balc\u00f5es e pia ap\u00f3s a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos alimentos;<\/li><li>Evitar a contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada de alimentos crus com alimentos cozidos;<\/li><li>N\u00e3o consumir carnes cruas, mal cozidas ou mal passadas e n\u00e3o provar a carne crua durante seu preparo; cozinhar a carne a pelo menos 67\u00b0C (ao ponto para bem passada).<\/li><li>Evitar ingerir carnes defumadas ou curadas em salmoura (embutidos \u2013 salame, copa, lingui\u00e7a);<\/li><li>N\u00e3o consumir leite e seus derivados crus, n\u00e3o pasteurizados, sejam de vaca ou de cabra;<\/li><li>Controlar vetores e pragas (ratos, moscas, baratas e formigas), descartando corretamente o lixo dom\u00e9stico e os dejetos de animais;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Texto por Ana Caroline Setti \u2013 Nutricionista Materno Infantil &#8211; CRN 8-12764<br>Instagram @carolsettinutri<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comer saladas que incluem vegetais que fornecem nutrientes essenciais como ferro, c\u00e1lcio e \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico podem fazer maravilhas para a sa\u00fade de uma mulher gr\u00e1vida.
