Desde o momento da descoberta, primeiro sapatinho, detalhes do ch\u00e1 de beb\u00ea, preparo do quartinho, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e3e, parto, e enfim&#8230; O seu rostinho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada \u00e9 um h\u00e1bito que\ndeve ser essencial em todas as fases da vida. Especialmente durante a gravidez,\nalguns cuidados precisam ser redobrados, incluindo a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\ngesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um excelente per\u00edodo para que a mulher desenvolva novos e melhores\nh\u00e1bitos alimentares, pois \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel que ela ir\u00e1 nutrir\numa vida que est\u00e1 s\u00f3 come\u00e7ando, desempenhando um papel fundamental no\ndesenvolvimento do beb\u00ea, no qual depende desses nutrientes para crescer e se\ndesenvolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Ent\u00e3o como deve ser a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da gestante? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> A alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o durante o per\u00edodo gestacional deve ser equilibrada, variada e completa, com o objetivo de fornecer todos os nutrientes necess\u00e1rios para o beb\u00ea a para a m\u00e3e, ent\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deve-se manter todos os grupos de alimentos da pir\u00e2mide alimentar;<\/li><li> Preferir cereais integrais (p\u00e3o, arroz integral, massa integral); <\/li><li>Procure consumir diariamente pelo menos tr\u00eas por\u00e7\u00f5es de legumes e verduras como parte das refei\u00e7\u00f5es e tr\u00eas por\u00e7\u00f5es ou mais de frutas nas sobremesas e lanches;<\/li><li>Frutas, legumes e verduras s\u00e3o boas fontes de vitaminas, minerais e fibras. D\u00ea prefer\u00eancia a frutas, verduras e legumas crus, assim voc\u00ea obt\u00e9m mais fibras na sua alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Consuma leguminosas (feij\u00e3o, lentilha, ervilha, gr\u00e3o de bico);<\/li><li>Optar por consumir carnes magras (sem gordura), frangos (sem pele), ovos;<\/li><li> Consumir pelo menos 2x na semana peixe, atum ou sardinha; <\/li><li> Optar por consumir gorduras boas, como o azeite de oliva extravirgem, castanhas <\/li><li> Consumir alimentos fonte de c\u00e1lcio, como o leite, iogurte integral, queijos magros; <\/li><li>Optar pela vers\u00e3o mais natural e menos industrializada dos alimentos;<\/li><li>Evite refrigerantes e sucos industrializados, biscoitos recheados e outras guloseimas no seu dia-a-dia;<\/li><li>Evite o fumo e o consumo de \u00e1lcool, pois prejudicam a sua sa\u00fade, o crescimento do feto e aumentam o risco de nascimento prematuro;<\/li><li>Diminua a quantidade de sal na comida. Evite consumir alimentos industrializados com muito sal (s\u00f3dio) como hamb\u00farguer, salsicha, lingui\u00e7a, presunto, salgadinhos, conservas de vegetais, sopas prontas, molhos e temperos prontos. O consumo excessivo de s\u00f3dio (presente no sal de cozinha) aumenta o risco de press\u00e3o alta, doen\u00e7as do cora\u00e7\u00e3o e rins, al\u00e9m de causar ou agravar o incha\u00e7o comum na gravidez;<\/li><li>Realize sempre seis refei\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias, incluindo: caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, lanche da manh\u00e3, almo\u00e7o, lanche da tarde, jantar e ceia;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O ganho\nde peso na gesta\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser suficiente para promover o desenvolvimento fetal\ncompleto e tamb\u00e9m para armazenar nutrientes adequados no organismo para o aleitamento\nmaterno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1\numa receita m\u00e1gica para a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da gestante, o que n\u00e3o pode acontecer \u00e9\nadotar o discurso de que ela precisa comer por dois e se exagerar nos doces e\nfrituras, pois o excesso de peso pode trazer diversas consequ\u00eancias negativas \u00e0\nsa\u00fade da m\u00e3e e do beb\u00ea. Tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o deve haver uma restri\u00e7\u00e3o caloria na\ngesta\u00e7\u00e3o, pois o beb\u00ea e a m\u00e3e precisam de todos os nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O ambiente ao qual o beb\u00ea est\u00e1 exposto dentro\ndo \u00fatero \u00e9 um fator importante na determina\u00e7\u00e3o do peso da crian\u00e7a nos primeiros\nanos de vida e, quando desequilibrado, pode aumentar as chances de quadros de\nobesidade infantil e adulta ou de baixo peso e mudan\u00e7a no padr\u00e3o de crescimento\ndas crian\u00e7as, al\u00e9m de favorecer o risco para doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, como\ndiabetes, hipertens\u00e3o, dislipidemias e alergias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratique, seguindo orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de um profissional de sa\u00fade, alguma atividade f\u00edsica.
